Ride report and Sol's condition
I called Sol's wife early this morning to find out about Sol's condition. She explained to me that hw was kept over night for observation and received numerous stitches in his face and on his hands. The doctors set his finger and had him evaluated by a speech pathologist. He has no memories of the accident other than being in the ambulance. We are hoping he is released today.
This morning I started out on my ride at around 10:00 AM, planning to do at least 13 miles, but I ended with 15.63 miles. My average speed was 12.41 mph with a 21.10 max speed. i burnt 738 calories in 1 hr and 15 min. The temperature was 86 degrees with the wind out of the North at 12 mph.
