Nausea and wind ruined my fun!
I hate complaining but today's ride was horrible! I have had Nausea from my medication and with the wind things got bad.
Beautiful day for a ride
This morning I got ready to ride, and followed my usual pre ride check. Well my rear tire was flat. OK I know it sat for a few days as I didn't ride, but shouldn't be flat, but it was. So I pumped the tire up and rode my regular route. No problems at all. Great ride. Today I was not alone on the road as there were many cyclists out.
