I burnt 796 calories and my heart rate average was 145 bpm. The weather was 77 degrees with a wind out of the S at 12 mph. My elevation gain was 351 feet.

Beautiful day for a ride

This morning I got ready to ride, and followed my usual pre ride check. Well my rear tire was flat. OK I know it sat for a few days as I didn't ride, but shouldn't be flat, but it was. So I pumped the tire up and rode my regular route. No problems at all. Great ride. Today I was not alone on the road as there were many cyclists out.
