Ride Report

At 10:00 AM I left for my daily ride under a bright cloudless sky. The temperature was 81.5 degrees with a wind out of the South at 10 mph. I rode for 1 hr and 11 min and burnt 738 calories. My average speed was 13.04 and a max speed of 23.0 mph. The wind at times was a real pain as it seemed to be coming down the hills keeping my speed down.

I received a call yesterday afternoon from Sol telling me that he was on his way home. Hopefully he will be out riding soon.
