Nice leisure ride with friends

This morning at 10:00 I met two friends for a tour of four different towns. We rode 16.38 miles in 1hr 26 min with an average speed of 11.39 mph and a top speed of 25.70 mph. I burnt 773 calories and promptly ate two slices of pizza to replace the lost calories. At this rate I won't loose an ounce. The weather was a humid 71 degrees with the wind out of the NE at 8 mph.

The trike alarm came today and I will install it later and report about it.
