The get up in go, has got up and gone!
Well the day after Father's Day and all my over eating really made me feel like S**t! I still decided that I will go out there and push as hard as I could to burn off the pollutants I forced down my throat. I did my dumbbell workout before I had breakfast then ate and then proceeded to inflate the tires to pressure and head out. I rode my usual route but made a faster average speed. That was a huge surprise to me.
