Well today I went out planning to work a lot harder to work off my frustration with my cat and the extra calories I had last night. Well I broke my own average speed today it is now 15.1 mph on my usual route. Seems to me that no matter how hard I work out on the trike or the barbells my calories burnt doesn't change much. I feel stronger is all I can say.
I completed my mudguard modifications, there are two versions, the short and the long. I am not sure which will remain. let me know what your opinion is.
