Strong Winds Still With Us.

I wanted to ride my local training route this morning, but the winds were way to strong. The winds were blowing from all directions at 23 mph and causing dust and dirt and everything else to be flying in the air. I rode 7.20 miles in 30:20 minutes at an average speed of 14.2 mph and a max speed of 22.2. I burnt 379 calories and my average HR was 140 bpm and my max HR was 155 bpm. The temperature was 68℉
