No ride today but purchase made

Today I was unable to ride as I spent the morning have an epidural shot into my cervical column, to treat chronic pain. I hope to ride tomorrow morning.

I made two purchases one yesterday and one today. The first was for one yard of 1" wide reflective iron on material to go on my flag to make it more visible. The second was for a new chain keeper to replace the one on my Terracycle idlers. The original goes on from the back and the chain can get free. The new one clamps on the outside.
