Cool 61℉ ride into a 15 mph headwind

Today's ride was all and all usual for this crazy weather pattern. There was a constant 15 mph wind that was in my face no matter which way I turned. I rode 10.15 miles in 41:21 seconds at an average speed of 14.7 mph and a max speed of 24.4 mph.  I burnt 561 calories and my Average HR was 145 bpm while my Max HR was 164 bpm.  The trike was performing great even when the pilot was not performing well.
