Short local ride

I started out this morning planning on just a short local ride do to a very likely chance of thunder storms.  I rode at a leisurely pace of 12.3 mph and a top speed of 22.8 mph. I rode for 29:19 minutes and burnt 321 calories. My total miles covered was 6.02 miles. My total elevation gain was 155 feet and my heart rate was 132 bpm average and a max heart rate of 152 bpm.
