First ride in a long time.

Well I hit the road today to try and get back into shape. Boy do I need to exercise more, I am beat. I ran my usual training course today, but I encountered strong winds, making some parts of the ride real hard. I covered 10.06 miles in 47:20 minutes. My top speed was 22.5 mph and my average speed was 12.7 mph. I burnt 608 calories and my heart rate on average was 152 bpm.
