Another windy day in the neighborhood!

I started out early to beat the heat which was a good thing. The traffic has been light making riding more fun. The winds were again strong out of the North at 11 mph with stronger gusts. The temperature was 75 degrees a great riding temperature. I rode for 1 hr 8 min at an average speed of 14.0 mph and a max speed of 22.2 mph. My average heart rate was 144 bpm and I burnt 755 calories, My total elevation gain was 1,052'.

This afternoon I will be calling to order another pair of shorts as doing the wash every day is a pain plus a waste of power.
