Yesterday I had my first lower back Epidural injection to treat my chronic pain. I decided to go out for just a quick test ride to see if riding added to my pain. I so far am elated that riding made my back feel better not worse. I kept the ride short just to be sure I don't inflame the injection area. I am looking forward to getting out on the trike for longer rides. I rode only 3.30 mil;es at a average speed of10.94 mph and a top speed of 15.4 mph. I burnt 156 calories, not enough, but it will have to do.
