First Ride of the season

Well it was 12:00 PM when I decided that today would be my first ride of the season. I was very concerned as my lower back was giving me a lot of pain, and I just received an OK from the doctors regarding my medications and me riding again. I didn't want to push my luck so I figured I would take it a little easy at first. I had no leg pain or back pain at all and rode 10.8 miles at an average speed of 10.43 mph and a top speed of 24.5 mph. The weather was great with a temperature of 74 degrees and a wind of 10 mph from the NW. I not expecting to ride tomorrow as rain is expected. Great to be back riding again.
