Another windy day

With all the days we have here in central New Jersey one would think this was the Great Plains. I left my house after having another zero fat low calorie meal of Yogurt. I am getting sick of the stuff. I rode 13.42 miles under a beautiful sunny sky but the winds were again very strong. The wind was out of the SE at 17 mph, not as bad as yesterday, but still made ridding hard. The temperature was a nice 67 degrees. I burnt 633 calories on todays ride, I am hoping that by riding every day I will loose some of my winter weight in a few weeks. Tomorrow the weather calls for rain, but they haven't been very accurate lately.
