Local low impact workout

Started riding at 12:00 Pm today and rode 13.32 miles and burnt 645 calories. The ride was low impact at an average speed of 12.20 and a max speed of 23.40 mph. I rode for 1hour 5minutes and 40seconds. The weather was nice with a temperature of 85 degrees with a constant wind of 12 mph.

Our new 9 month Desert Lynx is doing very well and adjusting to his new home. He is very lovable and loves attention. Very playful and makes us all laugh a huge amount.

Yes Dave he is 9 Weeks and will grow to about 25 pounds.

Beautiful day for a ride

This morning I got ready to ride, and followed my usual pre ride check. Well my rear tire was flat. OK I know it sat for a few days as I didn't ride, but shouldn't be flat, but it was. So I pumped the tire up and rode my regular route. No problems at all. Great ride. Today I was not alone on the road as there were many cyclists out.
