What's new and ride report.


David seems to be mending real well and he is feeling great. In his own words "I am feeling 10 years younger!" We are extremely happy to know that he is progressing well.

Today my ride consisted of the Kendall Park long loop and the Kendall Park short loop, and for added distance and for terrain variation the Middlebush road loop a total of 17.05 miles. I also did a little vegetable shopping on the way back home. The temperature was a beautiful 73 degrees with winds out of the NNW at 6-10mph gusting to 12mph.

The I-Ride is working real well, and sounds great, so I am very pleased. And the location on the rack is perfect for hearing the Adeo.

Beautiful day for a ride

This morning I got ready to ride, and followed my usual pre ride check. Well my rear tire was flat. OK I know it sat for a few days as I didn't ride, but shouldn't be flat, but it was. So I pumped the tire up and rode my regular route. No problems at all. Great ride. Today I was not alone on the road as there were many cyclists out.
