Did a short test ride to make sure the idlers are working properly and the chain line is correct. I think some work is needed.

Modified Neck-Rest for ICE frame

Beautiful day for a ride

This morning I got ready to ride, and followed my usual pre ride check. Well my rear tire was flat. OK I know it sat for a few days as I didn't ride, but shouldn't be flat, but it was. So I pumped the tire up and rode my regular route. No problems at all. Great ride. Today I was not alone on the road as there were many cyclists out.

Lack of desire to ride

This morning I awoke in a horrible mood, and had no desire to ride. When I get like this, there is only one remedy and that is to push forward. So I rode anyway and felt so much better.
