It has been a long time since I posted

It has been a very long time since I have posted do to many reasons, mostly do to medication problems. Then we decided to put the house up for sale and move to a retirement community in Monroe Township, NJ.  Well the moving took up most of the hours of the day as we had to get the house ready for sale. Cleaning out years of junk and doing minor repairs. Then it came time to put the house up and that meant not having a riding schedule as the broker was calling to arrange for people to come and see the house.   We were told we would sell the house in a few weeks, at a price we felt was good, but weeks turned into months and we dropped the price of the house. A few weeks later a nice couple with two children gave us an offer and it was our asking price so we accepted.  Now the inspection came and a few items needed to be fixed. We rushed to find a home which we did but the owners were renting it so we had to give them time to move out, they wanted 6 months, but we told them two or no deal. They accepted and we are in the house three months. Now a lot of time is spent fixing things to our liking and some minor changes. I am hoping everything will be done in a few months so riding will begin.
