I road just for recreation and time for self contemplation.

I rode today to try to get some time for self contemplation, as I can't keep my mind off of my problems. I thought if I rode with no goal in mind, and just relaxed it would be better. Well it wasn't, matter of fact it was far worse. I guess I won't be doing this again.

Beautiful day for a ride

This morning I got ready to ride, and followed my usual pre ride check. Well my rear tire was flat. OK I know it sat for a few days as I didn't ride, but shouldn't be flat, but it was. So I pumped the tire up and rode my regular route. No problems at all. Great ride. Today I was not alone on the road as there were many cyclists out.
