Can't help it but I am in a funk!

This month has not been good for my family. First my cat gets Renal Failure, next I find out yesterday my Granddaughter has High Level Autism.  It has been hard getting through the day, as my mind keeps thinking all these bad things. I rode my local route today and pushed myself even harder trying to get my mind off of things.

Beautiful day for a ride

This morning I got ready to ride, and followed my usual pre ride check. Well my rear tire was flat. OK I know it sat for a few days as I didn't ride, but shouldn't be flat, but it was. So I pumped the tire up and rode my regular route. No problems at all. Great ride. Today I was not alone on the road as there were many cyclists out.
