Good ride but winds again

 I rode a little over 10 miles at an average speed of 13 mph, my seasons best.  The winds again followed me wherever I went.  The temperature was perfect for riding, but I still worked up a lather.  Below is a link to my stats.

Beautiful day for a ride

This morning I got ready to ride, and followed my usual pre ride check. Well my rear tire was flat. OK I know it sat for a few days as I didn't ride, but shouldn't be flat, but it was. So I pumped the tire up and rode my regular route. No problems at all. Great ride. Today I was not alone on the road as there were many cyclists out.
