Air Mesh Seat Pad and Closed Cell riser + ride report.

This morning I went out to ride as soon as the rain had stopped. The weather for today was very cloudy with a temperature of 82 degrees and a wind out of the North at 1 mph. I completed 17.5 miles on country roads with moderate hills and long climbs. All in all a nice ride!


At 1:30 UPS showed up with the closed cell camping mat that I am using under the Air Mesh seat pad. It took about an hour to cut and shape the pad, and cut out the two spine slots in the back of the seat. These two slots will allow for more air to circulate. The seat is now very comfortable, which it wasn't before. My neck was hitting the neck-rest at a bad angle causing severe pain.
